Friends,
It is important to be able, despite the difficulties and limitations due to a pandemic, to continue our lives by making the fewest and smallest possible discounts. In this effort we have ally technology, we ally human knowledge and imagination that in every problem - small or large - finds a solution. It is also important to adapt quickly and flexibly to new needs and new requirements, especially all those who are in positions of responsibility and whose decisions or initiatives affect the daily lives of citizens.
This initiative of KEDITH to prepare a new digital platform for children 5-12 years old that will be addressed to all children in the city is proof that where there is genuine interest and passion, we can overcome all obstacles.
If one looks at the topics of the 9 digital modules, one will realize that they are current, useful, creative and educational courses. I am sure that our little friends and their families will find another learning and play hub on this platform and will embrace the initiative by giving impetus to the next steps. The new digital world can be made with the colors we choose and children have in this first word, as citizens of the future.

You are probably the generation that experienced the most unprecedented conditions of the pandemic. You stayed away from your school, your friends, your teachers, your activities for a long time. But you also learned a new reality, that of digital learning.
Of course, nothing replaces our friends, nothing replaces the knowledge we get from our teachers and nothing replaces the process of living learning.
But at the same time we can become good friends with knowledge and make good company with ourselves, when conditions do not allow something different. And this is not just the coronavirus pandemic, which we all hope will soon disappear from our lives. Contact with our friends can sometimes make other things difficult, such as lack of time, distance or bad weather.
And then comes our new online platform e-kedith experience to keep you company and give you endless alternatives: knowledge, entertainment, creative work, communication with your friends, who are not near you at the moment, solutions to questions from experienced educators. There you will find digital lessons with modern and current topics, digital library, film library and discotheque, theater, fairy tales, constructions, games !!! And all this at the pace that suits everyone !!!

If you want your children to know about the e-KEDiTH experience, you can fill out the online registration form and be one of the first lucky ones to access the new online platform e-KEDiTH experience: «Travel to knowledge and entertainment!
New digital service for children!
Κ.Ε.ΔΗ.Θ. designed new free distance creative programs for children aged 5-12. The e-kedith experience is a safe and fun electronic gaming environment for the new generation of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, which will offer moments of carefreeness and creation. The new digital service is addressed to our little friends who are citizens or residents of the Municipality of Thessaloniki (in the 5 municipal communities of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and in the Municipal Unit of Triandria).
How can you participate?
If you want your children to know about her experience e-KEDiTH experience, you can fill in the online registration form and be one of the first lucky ones to access the new online platform e-KEDiTH experience: "Journey to knowledge and entertainment"! First you need to create an account as a parent / guardian (username, password). You are then logged in by logging in to the registration application to enter your children's details and create their individual accounts (up to three). Once you have completed the “Register Children” step you will receive an E-mail with instructions on how to connect children to the e-KEDiTH experience platform.
Securing a place will be done in order of priority. Prerequisite is to be a resident or citizen of the Municipality of Thessaloniki. Registrations start on March 09, while access to e-kedith Experience starts on March 22, 2021!

What you will find in
e-KEDiTH experience?
In the new platform of asynchronous creative employment of Κ.Ε.ΔΗ.Θ. There are two major categories of activities:
• The category "Little Explorers" which contains integrated and interactive digital programs with modern and current topics, such as climate change, recycling, bullying, children's rights, etc.
• The category "I have fun and I learn" which includes a list of selected films for children, theatrical performances, fairy tales, a musical treasure, the magical world of books, suggestions for constructions, crafts and toys !!!
Get ready for a world full of knowledge, entertainment, communication with your friends, who are not near you at the moment and for solutions to questions from experienced educators. And all this at the pace that suits everyone !!!
